Biography
Kristian possesses a master's degree in Economics with a specialization in financial commodity market analysis from NMBU. Kristian has been a seminar teacher in microeconomics and assistant teacher in public finance at UiT. He also has previous work experience from the Norwegian Directorate of Agriculture.
With a focus on econometric modeling and resource economics, Kristian has a unique and innovative approach to socio-economic issues. He also has in-depth experience with R, Python and Stata.
In less than a year at work in NIBIO, Kristian is already leading several projects for agricultural economic analysis, as well as participating in the secretariat for BFJ. He also has primary responsibility for the further development of BJEFF.
Areas of interest relate to externalities, commodity markets and scarcity of resources.
