Light and UV light are important for the carbon cycle and for greenhouse gases. Decomposition is enhanced by exposure to light and UV light. Here we produce a review on the new information in this area each year.
In 2022 we had an international meeting in Calmar, Sweden. A quadrennial report summarising the last four years was produced as a result.
